Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking Engineers-in-Training for a one-year Rotational Engineering Program in Pittsburgh, PA. This full-time role offers recent graduates a structured path to develop broad technical skills within a national, employee-owned firm.

You will rotate through civil, road and bridge design, industrial, commercial, utilities and public-sector projects, learning to design and prepare construction drawings for multiple disciplines, with mentorship from leaders across offices.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of Microstation, AutoCAD, or Revit.
• Good communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• EIT or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Duties, Responsibilities & Other

KCI is looking for full-time Engineers-in-Training to join their Rotational Engineering Program. This program offers recent engineering graduates a unique chance to gain exposure to various functional roles and assignments, helping them develop a broad understanding of the company and grow into well-rounded leaders. The program lasts one year and includes three or four rotations across different disciplines and offices, if applicable.
