Job summary

Roblox offers a 21-month Associate Product Manager rotational program that cultivates future product leaders through mentorship, guided learning, and hands-on execution.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to learn Roblox’s ecosystem, apply insights to build features used by millions, and work on areas spanning payments, mobile apps, social features, and game development. After rotation, you may transition to a full-time PM role within a team.

• Partner with senior PMs to learn and contribute to feature delivery and ownership.
