Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Actively pursuing or has obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in AI or a related field is required.
• GPA of 3.25 or higher is preferred.
• Understanding of core AI and data concepts including Machine Learning fundamentals.
• Exposure to model optimization and scalable deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Completes AI-focused work assignments by applying current AI concepts and tools.
• Communicates progress, insights, risks, and improvement opportunities to project teams and leaders.
• Engages in self-development by sharing AI knowledge and seeking feedback.
• Supports AI solution design by assisting in problem framing and system design.
• Helps develop AI models and workflows using machine learning and data analysis.
• Creates and reviews technical documentation including knowledge graphs and ontologies.
• Participates in model evaluation, integration testing, and UAT.
• Provides troubleshooting for non-complex issues related to data pipelines and APIs.
• Collaborates with IT and AI teams to ensure adherence to standards and ethical AI practices.
• Applies knowledge of emerging AI trends to develop industry insights.
