Encadria Staffing Solutions LLC in Texas seeks a manufacturing operator for rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends. You will operate forklifts and diverse mill tools while maintaining strict safety and cleanliness in a high-volume environment.

Requirements include 1 year of relevant experience and ability to pass safety and physical demands. The role offers full-time hours and potential overtime in a non-climate controlled mill setting.

Competenze

• 1 year of experience in manufacturing, military, industrial, farming, agriculture, landscaping, carpentry, mechanical, or construction environments.
• Physical requirements include walking on elevated catwalks over 15 feet high, working in non-climate controlled mill conditions with dust/noise, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Work rotating shifts of up to 12 hours a day.
• Work any shift, holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Maintain safety rules and wear PPE.
• Operate equipment including forklifts, front-end loaders, air lances, chainsaws, pike poles, and other mill tools.
• Create a safe workspace by keeping assigned areas clean.
• Cross-train on production equipment to fill in for others during absences or breaks.
• Work in challenging, high-volume environments (heat, cold, humidity, grease, dust, noise).
