Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Willing to rotate through multiple positions as needed.
• Learning curve for each position is 2–5 working days; ensure standards within two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Soil Operations: sort returned soil linen into classifications for washing and cart prep.
• Clean Operations: learn and rotate through Catcher, Hand Fold, Ironer and Shipping Clerk duties.
• Catcher: secure carts, stack, and move items safely and correctly.
• Hand Fold: fold items to stacking standards and fill carts.
• Ironer: feed linen, manage feeds, and ensure safe operation.
• Shipping Clerk: fill finished carts, weigh, weigh and load trucks, and maintain records.
