The OHCAC Head Start Classrooms provide high-quality care for children during the critical first 2,000 days of life by operating 8 learning centers, serving children birth through five years old, in Marion, Morrow, Crawford, & Richland counties. Because of our high standards, all sites achieved a 5-Star rating on the Step-Up-To-Quality system.

A Baccalaureate or Advanced Degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred; a Baccalaureate or Advanced Degree and coursework equivalent to a major relating to Early Childhood Education, with experience teaching Preschool-Age Children, is preferred. A minimum of an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, with experience teaching Preschool-Age children is required.
