The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Category 2 Vibration Analyst, with a High School Diploma and Category 2 Certification, and is proficient in condition monitoring, CBM/PdM, and precision maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Vibration Category 2 Certification required or held previously.
• 5+ years as Category 2 Vibration Analyst in field.
• Proficient with precision maintenance and rotating equipment troubleshooting.
• Strong data-driven decision making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert on condition monitoring techniques.
• Improve reliability and cut life-cycle costs via CBM/PdM and defect elimination.
• Support reliability workflows: FMEA, RCFA, equipment strategies.
• Analyze equipment data to prevent failures and ensure compliant repairs.
• Ensure maintenance follows applicable codes and standards.
