Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Reliability/Engineering preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with previous experience supervising others.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the position.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all activities related to site Reliability functions.
• Manage and supervise the Reliability Team of 3 employees.
• Coordinate reliability activities and delegate workloads appropriately.
• Develop and manage the budget for the Reliability cost center.
