Helion Group is seeking a Rotating Equipment Maintenance Specialist to diagnose and repair production machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and support large-scale installations. You will work with conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, and electric motors, interpreting drawings and OEM manuals to resolve issues quickly.

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience with rotating equipment: conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, electric motors.
• Proficiency with shaft alignment techniques.
• Ability to complete PM routes with minimal supervision; clear communicator and problem-solver.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work around moving industrial equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform PMs on compounding lines and related assets.
• Repair/replace conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, and motors; conduct shaft alignments.
• Inspect mechanical components and remove material build-up to maintain performance.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and equipment documentation to resolve issues effectively.
• Support large-scale repairs, installs, and changeouts; recommend durable fixes for repeat issues.
