Job summary

• Strong focus on safety, quality and documentation.
• Team-oriented, communicates clearly across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage 12‑hour rotating day shifts to keep production lines running reliably.
• Handle multiple work cells, machines, and basic automation alarms via HMIs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain stable operations.
• Document production data and perform routine quality inspections for defects.
• Assist with material handling and packing line changes as needed.
• Communicate results and issues clearly to team members and supervisor.
