Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Mashantucket, CT is seeking a Ropes Course Attendant to ensure guest safety and satisfaction as they navigate the ropes course and bridges. You will handle guest registration, equipment supply, safety education, and equipment checks in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.

The role requires 18+ years, a High School education or equivalent, comfort at heights, and strong customer service and math skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Comfortable at heights of 30 feet or more.
• Flexible scheduling to meet business demands.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Excellent customer service and reading ability in English manuals.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Process guest registration and complete orders.
• Educate guests on safety and proper equipment use.
• Fit safety gear and attach harness connections correctly.
• Inspect safety equipment for proper function.
• Assist in emergency situations and support frightened participants.
• Maintain daily operation per SOPs and ensure cleanliness.
• Provide outstanding service and assist with merchandising and POS tasks.
• Perform cash-handling and daily reporting.
• Attend ropes course training annually.
• Support other outlets/attractions as needed.
