Qualifications

• IRATA/SPRAT Level 1 certification is required with proficiency in knowledge, rigging and rescue.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Perform rope access tasks under supervision from senior staff.
• Inspect and validate rope access equipment for safety and compliance.
• Set up rope access systems as directed by leads.
• Identify hazards and report unsafe conditions promptly.
• Record inspection results as directed.
• Safely ascend/descend and maneuver on ropes using standard techniques.
• Assist in basic rescue operations under supervision.
• Maintain IRATA/SPRAT certifications and training records.
• Support other technicians as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
