Job summary

Acuren Inspection is seeking a qualified Industrial Electrician for on-site work in New Orleans. The role requires rope access certification and willingness to complete a 5-day course to advance through levels and obtain additional certifications.

Responsibilities include performing industrial electrical functions, demonstrating required skills, supporting various projects, assisting other technicians, and maintaining equipment safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years experience as an Industrial Electrician.
• NCCER Electrician certification or Electrician license preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• NFPA 70e training preferred.
• IRATA or SPRAT Level I certification or willingness to obtain to such certification and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Perform applicable industrial Electrical trade functions according to standards and regulations.
• Demonstrate all the skills and knowledge required of certified Electrician.
• Perform specific job functions as they relate to various assigned projects/work orders.
• Assist other technicians as required, assist crews engaged in performing a broad range of technical and/or industrial services.
• Ensure operational safety of all equipment.
