Job summary

Momper Insulation in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is seeking a hands-on technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain gas and diesel engines, pumps, hydraulics, brakes, and A/C systems. Weld skills (Arc/MIG) are a plus, with various tasks throughout the day.

Required are a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus. Familiarity with scanners and Cummins Insite is preferred. Ability to lift, bend, and move in a dynamic shop setting is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL is a plus.
• Comfortable using scanners and diagnostic tools.
• Cummins Insite experience preferred.
• Experience with small engine repair.
• Able to bend, twist, lift, and move throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain gas and diesel engines using scanners and diagnostic tools.
• Repair and maintain pumps and pump systems.
• Repair and maintain hydraulic systems and hydraulic brakes.
• Repair and maintain air brake systems.
• Perform air conditioning repairs and welding (Arc/MIG).
• Complete other tasks as needed.
