All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**A. FAMILIARIZATION 1. Report to work station as scheduled and on time. 2. Complete the shift and check schedule for next shift. B. SIDEWORK 1. Fold napkins. 2. Prep kitchen items. 3. Set room service station. 4. Set condiment station and maintain cleanliness. 5. Set room service carts and trays. 6. Clean and re-stock room service station at end of shift. C. GENERAL SERVICE SKILLS 1. Lift and carry trays onto cart and load hot boxes. 2. Set room service carts and trays following department specs and standards. 3. Assist with bussing room service trays from hallway upon return. 4. Assist guest with any requests by notifying shift manager of additional needs. 5. Maintain a current understanding of all policy and guidelines regarding information security including the Seneca Gaming Corporation Acceptable Use Policy. Understand and comply with all information security policies and procedures at all times. 6. Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicate in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner at all times. Maintain a professional work environment with supervisors, managers and staff. 7. Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies. 8. Must complete all required SGC Training programs within nine (9) months from commencement of employment. 9. Attend all necessary meetings. 10.
