Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete RAMP training by passing the required test within the probationary period.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must demonstrate ability to operate the POS system and perform basic math.

• Arrange room service carts in a professional and appealing manner.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and room service processes.
• Direct guests and answer questions about room service.
• Handle cash, credit card, and room charges via the POS system.
• Provide courteous guest service and resolve concerns as needed.
