Job summary

Stonebridge Hospitality Management is seeking a Room Inspector in South San Francisco, CA. You will inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness meets hotel standards, report deficiencies, and coordinate corrective actions with the housekeeping team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in housekeeping in a hotel.
• Experience in inspecting and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in housekeeping management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Leadership to guide and motivate the housekeeping team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness meets hotel standards.
• Report unsatisfactory conditions and follow up to ensure corrections.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness in event spaces, storage rooms, restrooms, and offices.
• Manage guest feedback and service scores related to housekeeping.
• Report status of guestrooms to the front desk.
• Collaborate with Security to manage lost and found.
• Assist in inventories of linen, supplies, and equipment.
• Participate in ordering supplies to maintain inventory.
• Perform daily checks of vacant rooms, public spaces, storage areas.
• Maintain departmental key control for security.
• Ensure deep cleaning programs are executed on schedule.
• Address and resolve guest or housekeeping issues promptly.
