Job summary

Montgomery Marriott Prattville Hotel and Conference Center is seeking a Room Inspector to ensure every guest room meets our high standards before guest arrival. You will inspect rooms, communicate with the Housekeeping team, and help maintain an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, organized, and passionate about hospitality. Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, suites, and assigned public areas for cleanliness, presentation, functionality, and overall quality.
• Ensure rooms are prepared according to established hotel and brand standards.
• Identify maintenance concerns, missing amenities, or housekeeping deficiencies and communicate them promptly.
• Work closely with Housekeeping leadership and room attendants to ensure timely corrections.
• Monitor room readiness and assist in prioritizing rooms based on operational needs.
