Coury Hospitality is seeking a diligent Housekeeping team member to prepare guest rooms to brand standards. You will make beds, restock amenities, and ensure rooms are clean, welcoming, and ready for arrivals.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently within a team in a hotel setting. Flexibility with shifts, strong time management, and courtesy toward guests are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior housekeeping/custodial experience preferred.
• Hotel or hospitality experience appreciated but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to property and brand standards.
• Make beds, replace linens and towels, dust, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces.
• Restock guest amenities and ensure each room is ready for arrival.
• Pay close attention to details that transform a clean room into a welcoming experience.
• Manage assigned rooms efficiently so they are ready on time.
• Maintain hallways, lounges, restrooms, elevators, and other public areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping.
• Communicate maintenance concerns and supply needs to the team.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred.
• Hotel or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Ability to organize responsibilities and manage time efficiently.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and proper chemical-handling procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly and respond courteously to guest requests.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and perform repetitive movements while cleaning guest rooms.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to push and pull housekeeping carts and operate standard cleaning equipment.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move linens, towels, supplies, trash, and guest-room items.
• Ability to use cleaning products and chemicals safely and according to established procedures.
• Ability to work in guest rooms, hallways, public spaces, storage areas, and other back-of-house locations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment while maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
