Job summary

Bishop's Lodge, Auberge Collection in Santa Fe, NM seeks a Room Attendant to meticulously prepare and maintain guest rooms, ensuring comfort and a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will contribute to memorable stays through thorough cleaning and attentive service.

Responsibilities include making beds, restocking amenities, inspecting for maintenance needs, and upholding luxury hotel standards on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• One-year housekeeping experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Prior experience in a luxury hotel preferred.
• Bi-Lingual preferred.

• Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to ensure prompt resolution.

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
