Job summary

Enchantment Resort in Sedona is seeking a dedicated full-time Housekeeper to maintain pristine guest rooms and ensure every space reflects our high standards. You will work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment to deliver exceptional experiences.

Duties include loading carts, cleaning and stocking rooms, reporting maintenance, and completing daily tasks by 4:00 p.m., with attention to detail and reliability in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, able to work with little supervision and organized.
• Must be dependable; knowledge of cleaning chemicals.
• Prefer some basic English skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean all guest rooms to a high standard and restore to original condition.
• Load carts with all supplies needed and in a timely manner.
• Clean and stock all guest supplies in rooms.
• Keep linen closet neat and clean.
• Complete daily assignments by 4:00 p.m.
• Report all maintenance problems to team leader, supervisor or housekeeping clerk.
• Keep carts clean and supplies orderly.
• Unload carts and return items to proper storage location daily.

How you will enjoy your day
