Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This part-time role focuses on maintaining clean, welcoming guest rooms and public spaces, with an emphasis on hospitality and outstanding guest service.

You will work with a supportive team, follow safety procedures, and have opportunities for growth and employee benefits as outlined in our team program.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas per standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of property, staff, services, and hours.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items left by guests and report per lost-and-found procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards
• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned
