Concords Comfort Inn is seeking a Room Attendant / Houseperson to rotate between cleaning guest rooms and public spaces. The role involves maintaining cleanliness to brand standards and supporting a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Provide professional and courteous guest service at all times.
• Clean and maintain all public, storage, and guest rooms.
• Ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Non-slip shoes are recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous guest service at all times.
• Clean and maintain all public, storage, and guest rooms.
• Vacuum floors.
• Clean bathrooms.
• Remove trash.
• Maintain room quality based on hotel and brand standards.
• Follow standard procedures for acceptance and security of guest lost and found items.
• Ensure master keys and located guestroom keys are properly secured.
• Attend monthly department meetings.
• Complete projects as determined by management.
• Assist other coworkers and departments when necessary.
• Actively seeks out other tasks when current work is complete.
• Participate in ongoing education and training.
• Other duties as assigned.
