Qualifications

• Genuine, friendly guest interaction approach.
• Able to collaborate with teammates and other departments.
• Prior janitorial/housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Able to communicate to direct guests to the right person if needed.
• Friendly demeanor and a smile in guest interactions.
• Aware of safety, able to report hazards and follow protocols.
• Attention to detail and impeccable room cleanliness.
• Self-motivated to complete tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
• Able to manage time and complete rooms within prescribed time limits.
