Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain clean and welcoming guest rooms at our upscale properties. You will greet guests warmly, clean spaces efficiently, replace linens and amenities, and ensure safety standards are followed.

Requires basic English communication and prior housekeeping experience. This on-site role offers competitive wages and access to Hyatt benefits and travel discounts. Shift schedules vary and may include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms within allotted time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust walls, furniture, and equipment.
• Notify managers about repairs needed in guest rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms per the lost and found policy.
• Practice safe work habits and follow safety standards (MSDS/OSHA).
• Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short staffed.
• Aim to increase guest satisfaction scores and overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Work Environment and Context

• Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, and weekends.
