HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to high standards. You will greet guests with warmth, assist with requests, and ensure rooms are refreshed with clean linens and amenities.

Responsibilities include cleaning to standards, reporting maintenance needs, and upholding safety guidelines. This role supports guest satisfaction and can require flexibility on schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting and assist as needed.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within allotted time, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities.
• Dust and polish furniture, walls and fixtures; clean surfaces and fixtures.
• Notify management about repairs needed in guest rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms according to lost-and-found policy.
• Follow safety standards, wear PPE, and adhere to MSDS and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform house person and lobby attendant duties during peak times or when short-staffed.
• Aim to improve guest satisfaction scores and overall department performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Greet guests upon interaction with a warm and friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms according to standards within the allotted time frame by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust furniture, walls or equipment.
• Notify managers concerning the need for repairs in guest rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms according to lost and found policy.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short staffed or during peak periods.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Your Background and Skills

• High School diploma preferred.

• Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, and weekends.
