HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to established standards. You will greet guests warmly, handle linen changes, and ensure overall guest satisfaction during shifts that may include weekends and holidays.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma (preferred) and prior housekeeping experience or training, plus the ability to communicate in English. The role requires standing, lifting up to 20 pounds, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within allotted time (sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum).
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust walls and equipment.
• Notify managers of repairs needed in guest rooms.
• Process guest items per lost and found policy.
• Follow MSDS/OSHA safety standards and wear protective gear.
• Perform house person and lobby duties when needed.
• Support guest satisfaction and improve department scores.

Your Focus

• Greet guests upon interaction with a warm and friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms according to standards within the allotted time frame by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust furniture, walls or equipment.
• Notify managers concerning the need for repairs in guest rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms according to lost and found policy.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short staffed or during peak periods.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Your Background and Skills
