Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Room Attendant to join our team in the New York area. You will maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests while complying with safety and service standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas to policy standards.
• Ensure rooms have fresh linens, bedding, towels, and supplies.
• Follow safety and security procedures for the hotel and guests.
• Familiarize with hotel property, services, and surrounding amenities.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and amenities.
• Identify and report items left by guests via lost-and-found procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards
• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned
