Job summary

Hilton Anaheim is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms and respond to guest requests with warmth and urgency. You’ll work a full-time role on a flexible schedule, including mornings, weekends, and holidays, in a union-affiliated environment.

Role focuses on cleanliness, replenishing linens and amenities, and careful handling of supplies while delivering outstanding hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience within housekeeping is preferred and a plus if it was in hotel operations.
• Most importantly a service heart to deliver a high level of service to our guests!

Responsibilities

• Keep guest rooms spotless: Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Replenish linens and amenities: Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed
• Manage supplies: Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily
• Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
• Manage waste disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas

A Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

• Previous experience within housekeeping is preferred and a plus if it was in hotel operations.

• Most importantly a service heart to deliver a high level of service to our guests!

Shift Pattern: Full-Time (subject to occupancy & seniority)

AM Shift: 8:00am to 4:30pm (Large checkout days will be a later start time depending on occupancy 9:00am-5:30pm)

*Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule requiring full availability.
