Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our East Lansing team, supporting a high-service environment. You will maintain guest rooms and public areas with attention to cleanliness and safety, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to standard.

• Know hotel property, staff, services, hours, and surroundings.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, glasses, etc.
• Identify items guests left behind and report per lost-and-found.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards
• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned
