Qualifications

• Understand the hotel's mission, vision, and goals.
• Must be able to prioritize and work efficiently with limited supervision.

• Must be able to speak and understand and communicate the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Must possess excellent communication, follow up, and organizational.
• Must have the ability to push, pull, bend, squat and lift on a regular basis up to 50 pounds.
• Safety requirements of PPE as needed for duty assigned and with use of required tools and equipment.

• Follow directions thoroughly; understand a guest’s service needs; work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and stock bathrooms with guest supplies.
• Make beds with fresh linen and pillows.
• Dust and clean walls, windows, inside of sliding door.
• Report maintenance needs and items to remove from rooms.
• Complete deep cleaning projects.
• Stock linen cart with supplies and tools.
• Vacuum, mop and clean floors.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond to service requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of guestroom floors, hallways, and public areas.
• Use correct cleaning chemicals per OSHA and hotel requirements.
• Replace all guestroom items as required by SOP and room type.
• Remove trash and debris from rooms and furniture.
• Complete recurring tasks to maintain housekeeping standards.
• Restock cart and return items at end of shift.
• Handle lost and found items with supervision.
• Follow 4 Keys service standards, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
• Work cohesively with co-workers and all departments.
• Adhere to attendance and reliability standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
