Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Room Attendant to join our East Lansing area team in a full-time role. You will clean guest rooms and public areas to our high standards, stock supplies, and ensure a welcoming, safe environment for guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Team player with guest-service focus.
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, hours of operation and surroundings.
• Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items left by guests and report per lost and found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
