Job summary

Kolter Hospitality is hiring a Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable hotel rooms and corridors. You will change linens, make beds, and thoroughly clean bathrooms while ensuring guest privacy and safety. You will also restock amenities, assist guests, and respond to requests with a positive attitude.

Flexibility to work holidays and weekends is required. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, and ability to lift 50 lbs and push/pull carts is needed to perform duties efficiently.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED is preferred.
• Prior Housekeeping experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to clearly understand and communicate with guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms as assigned.
• Change linens and make the beds.
• Thoroughly clean bathrooms.
• Sweep, vacuum, dust, mop, and pick up trash.
• Replenish guest amenities/toiletries.
• Load and organize cart, store properly at the end of each shift.
• Respond to guest requests and report guest issues.
• Follow proper lost and found procedures for items left behind in a guest room.
• Report any items in need of repair.
• Follow all safety procedures while working.
