Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Room Attendant to create clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms, contributing to guest satisfaction and brand standards.

You will promote professionalism and teamwork while addressing guest requests and maintaining high cleanliness and service levels across the property.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting guests and responding to queries.
• Changing bed linen and making beds.
• Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Vacuuming carpets.
• Dusting and polishing furniture.
• Emptying trash containers.
• Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
• Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
• Updating status of guest rooms to Supervisors or Managers.
• Returning and restocking cleaning supplies at shift end.

Through attention to detail, efficiency, and pride in your work, you directly contribute to guest satisfaction, brand standards, and the overall success of the property.

Room Attendants are ambassadors of the hotel, promoting a positive image through professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence. Every room you service represents our commitment to quality and hospitality.

What you will be doing:

Room attendants are responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. They ensure that all rooms are inviting and clean and address all guest requests.
