Job summary

Peregrine Tiburon Management, LLC is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean and attractive guestrooms and provide courteous service to guests.

Responsibilities include thorough cleaning of guestrooms, restocking supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and complying with safety and resort policies. The role requires professional appearance and reliability in a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the company’s Service culture – 4 Keys to creating guests for life.
• Attend all resort required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain high standards of appearance and grooming, including uniform and nametag.
• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties: guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen for carts.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and patios.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cart with cleaning supplies.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items from room (irons/boards, hair dryers) to supervisor.
• Report maintenance repairs to supervisor immediately.
• Handle Lost and Found items according to standards.
• Abide by resort policies and safety rules.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

Essential Functions

• Must adhere to the company’s Service culture – 4 Keys to creating guests for life.
• Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform/business attire and nametag.
• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and patios.
• Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed (if applicable).
• Restock housekeeping golf cart with cleaning supplies.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report all missing items from room (i.e., irons/boards, hair dryers, etc.) to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle items for “Lost and Found” according to the standards.
• Abide by all resort policies and safety rules.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
