Job summary

Peachtree Group in Tempe, AZ is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Room Attendants to own daily housekeeping operations, interact with guests, and work with housekeeping staff to service guest rooms.

The role involves cleaning rooms to hotel standards, maintaining common areas, handling laundry, stocking supplies, and assisting guests, with emphasis on guest satisfaction and reporting issues to management.

Qualifications

• Providing daily housekeeping services following hotel standards.
• Cleaning and servicing rooms and common areas as assigned.
• Ensuring high level of guest satisfaction through courteous service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms according to established standards and procedures.
• Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival.
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel.
• Perform laundry duties as necessary.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms.
• Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times.
• Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary.
• Report any damages or repairs needed to management.
• Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager.

Job description

We are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Housekeepers.

The Room Attendant will be responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department. Room attendants must be comfortable communicating with guests they encounter, as well as the Housekeeping staff to efficiently service guest rooms. Teamwork among all housekeeping staff, as well as the ability to perform the daily tasks required for the position, form the foundation on which each individual is able to develop and succeed within the department.
