Job Description Summary The Room Attendant sets the tone for Sonesta’s mission by always going above and beyond for our guests. The role’s primary responsibility is to maintain and clean guest rooms. The Room Attendant shall provide attentive and courteous service to guests, assist guests with inquiries, and ensure their stay with Sonesta is filled with Amazing Moments.
