Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to ensure clean, comfortable guest rooms and welcoming public spaces. You will contribute to guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards by attending to rooms, linen changes, housekeeping tasks, and prompt service with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and responding to queries.

• Emptying trash containers.
• Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
• Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
• Updating status of guest rooms to Supervisors or Managers.
• Returning and restocking cleaning supplies at shift end.

Room Attendants are ambassadors of the hotel, promoting a positive image through professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence. Every room you service represents our commitment to quality and hospitality.

What you will be doing:

Room attendants are responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. They ensure that all rooms are inviting and clean and address all guest requests.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and responding to queries.
