Job summary

The Kimpton Brice Hotel in Savannah, GA, is seeking a full-time Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms and public areas, delivering a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and associates in an on-site capacity.

Responsibilities include stripping and changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing supplies, signing for room keys, and assisting with heavy cart restocking. Must be able to lift up to 50–100 lbs and use cleaning agents, within a diverse HEI workplace.

Qualifications

• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and extend arms overhead.
• Willingness to pitch in and help coworkers as part of a team.
• Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of cleaning equipment.

No**Overview**Maintain the hotel rooms and building to ensure safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associates, and vendors.### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending, and stooping.* Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents.* Strip beds and make beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 50 lbs.* Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly.* Push and pull vacuum throughout the entire room and empty trash.* Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room.* Sign for room keys, retrieve, push to assigned rooms and restock heavy cart.
