Westin Riverwalk San Antonio is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms and corridors to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues on-site in San Antonio, TX.

You will perform cleaning tasks, change linens, restock supplies, and ensure rooms meet brand standards while supporting a collaborative housekeeping team. This role emphasizes reliability and attention to detail as part of an inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and work in confined spaces.
• Bed linens weighing up to 50 lbs may be required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and cleaning agents.
• Strip beds and change bed linens.
• Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves.
• Push and pull vacuum throughout the room and empty trash.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room.
• Sign for room keys, retrieve, push to assigned rooms and restock heavy cart.
• Visually inspect room for cleanliness and appearance, indicate completion.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
