Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated housekeeping associate at the Embassy Suites Palm Beach Gardens PGA Boulevard to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas. You will clean bathrooms, strip beds, dust surfaces, replenish amenities, push vacuums, restock supplies, and report maintenance needs.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and guest-focused service within a supportive hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and reach overhead.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs bed linens; handle bedspreads up to 50 lbs.
• Able to push and pull equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to pitch in and help coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces.
• Strip beds and change linens, lifting bedspreads weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Dust furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves.
• Push and pull vacuums, empty trash.
• Restock amenities, linens, and supplies; sign for room keys and restock cart.
• Inspect room for cleanliness and report completion.

NoOverviewMaintain the hotel rooms and building to ensure safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associates, and vendors.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesClean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending, and stooping.Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents.Strip beds and make beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 50 lbs.Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly.Push and pull vacuum throughout the entire room and empty trash.Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room.Sign for room keys, retrieve, push to assigned rooms and restock heavy cart.
