Job summary

Auberge Collection is seeking a Room Attendant to join our team in Newport, Rhode Island. The successful candidate will ensure that our guest rooms are impeccably clean and welcoming, contributing to an unforgettable stay for all visitors.

This role includes responsibilities such as cleaning and tidying guest rooms, inspecting for maintenance issues, and replenishing supplies. Candidates should have a flexible schedule and preferably prior experience in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Prior experience in a luxury hotel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to ensure prompt resolution.
• Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness standards and policies in all assigned areas.
• Restock and maintain inventory of guest room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
