Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Room Attendant to join our hotel team at Bluemont Hotel-21324. This part-time role supports providing clean, welcoming spaces for guests with a focus on hospitality and service excellence.

The position emphasizes teamwork, strong guest communication, and adherence to cleanliness standards. Compensation ranges per hour with daily responsibilities including housekeeping tasks and guest-ready rooms.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to standards.
• Maintain clean linen, bedding and towels in rooms.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
• Know hotel facilities and services to assist guests.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, glasses, etc.
• Identify items left by guests and report per procedure.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards
• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned
