Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated housekeeping associate to maintain clean and sanitized guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards. You will ensure rooms are stocked and ready for guests, follow safety procedures, and assist with lost-and-found reporting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and a strong guest-service mindset, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated teamwork and guest-service orientation.
• Knowledge of cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow safety and security procedures as mandated.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, hours and surroundings.
• Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues and drinking glasses.
• Identify items guests have left behind and report per lost-and-found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
