Job summary

Wayfinder Waikiki, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, in Honolulu, Hawaii, is hiring a housekeeping team member. You will help create memorable guest experiences by keeping rooms clean, stocked, and guest-ready, with a focus on detail and guest comfort.

Your duties include cleaning and vacuuming rooms, changing linens, restocking toiletries and towels, and promptly addressing guest requests, in a fast-paced beachfront setting.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Flexible with scheduling; availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and vacuum guest rooms thoroughly to meet high cleanliness standards.
• Collect and transport soiled linens for laundering.
• Make beds and ensure rooms are neat, orderly, and guest-ready.
• Restock room supplies and amenities (e.g., toiletries, towels, beverages).
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or concerns.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere in all guest rooms.
• Perform other related duties as requested by the Housekeeping Director.
