Job summary

Bitterroot River Inn in Montana is seeking a motivated housekeeper to join our team. You will provide an exceptional guest experience by cleaning rooms, restocking toiletries, and maintaining common areas to the hotel’s high standards.

Shifts run from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM or earlier based on hotel occupancy; weekends are required. The ideal candidate has experience with cleaning products and strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with our team.

Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of cleaning products and techniques.
• Impeccable work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties and arrange guest rooms to our hotel’s standard before guests arrive.
• Make beds, strip sheets, stock rooms with toiletries, do laundry, vacuum, mop, and perform other cleaning duties as needed.
• Document rooms cleaned, and report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed.
• Manage the cleanliness of common spaces such as the hallways, public restrooms, and hotel lobby.
• Reply to general questions guests have during their stay.

Weekends are required.
