Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a detail-focused Room Attendant to uphold our high cleanliness and service standards in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will clean guest rooms, restock supplies, and ensure guest requests are handled promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or cleaning services preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to stand and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming).
• Replenish supplies and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Address guest requests with courtesy and urgency.
• Maintain linen closets and storage areas organized.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.
• Support team operations by assisting with other housekeeping duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
• Ensure all guest requests and special needs are addressed promptly and courteously
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, storage areas, and supply rooms
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed to support team operations
