Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Room Attendant/Housekeeping Host to join our hospitality team. You will maintain guest room cleanliness and deliver outstanding service to guests in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have prior cleaning experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. We value a customer-focused attitude and team collaboration while maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience required.
• Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field.
• Must have ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
