Job summary

Hotel Crescent Court seeks a dedicated housekeeper to maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas in a luxury Dallas hotel. You will clean bathrooms, beds, and surfaces, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms meet brand standards under the supervision of the housekeeping team.

The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 100 lbs, a cooperative team spirit, and reliable attendance to support daily hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and reach overhead.
• Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their duties.
• Ability to push and/or pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel rooms and building to ensure safe, clean experience for guests and associates.
• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floors.
• Strip beds and make beds; change linens up to 50 lbs.
• Dust furniture, window ledges, shelves.
• Push and pull vacuum; empty trash; replenish amenities and linens.
• Sign for keys, restock carts, and verify room cleanliness.

NoOverviewMaintain the hotel rooms and building to ensure safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associates, and vendors.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesClean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending, and stooping.Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents.Strip beds and make beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 50 lbs.Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly.Push and pull vacuum throughout the entire room and empty trash.Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room.Sign for room keys, retrieve, push to assigned rooms and restock heavy cart.
