Job summary

Homewood Suites by Hilton in Columbia, MD is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. You will maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and provide welcoming service in line with our brand standards.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to cleanliness, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and good time management. Prior hotel experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Past housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not required.

• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
• Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Complete assigned rooms within established time standards.
